How To Get Dectalk to work with Jaws

Hi. This is BBS. I have a question to all the computer nerds on this sight. I recently downloaded a demo version of Window Eyes which features the DecTalk Access 32 software. My question is can I copy the DecTalk software from Window Eyes to Jaws? The reason why I ask this is because in my opinion, eloquence sucks. With DecTalk it actually sounds real. Please give me a private quick note about it. It'd be very much appreciated.
